My wife and I are extremely happy with the renovation on our newly purchased coop apartment by Ronan Doherty and LOTI Construction. After signing a detailed contract which was very helpful for both to reference as the work proceeded, Ronan quickly and efficiently submitted all paperwork required by building management and was started in no time. His workers were experienced and skilled as they proceeded to install new walls, ceilings, bathroom, kitchen (including cabinets, counter, backsplash, appliances, ceiling and flooring, lighting) moulding and trim, doors, lighting, and painting. Ronan’s communication was superb, always responding within minutes to our text messages and consulting with us on matters of design. It couldn’t have turned out better and we are very excited to be moving into our beautiful new apartment, thanks to Ronan and his crew!!!

We hired Loti Contracting for a large kitchen/living room gut renovation project involving removal of multiple load bearing walls.

From project start to finish, Ronan provided detailed and thoughtful guidance and suggestions and stayed on top of the permit process as well as his sub-contractors to ensure the renovation process went smoothly.

Ronan executed our vision flawlessly and the end product was even better than we had imagined. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any and all home renovation needs and will definitely be using him again for future projects.

We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience – there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent.

When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa – we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space!

In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner – honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I’ve heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.

Ronin is a pleasure to work with. The renovation went smoothly and looks beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Ronan and the guys at LOTI were exceptional! We have worked with a number of contractors over the years and this was by far our best experience. The three things we look for are good value, quality work with attention to detail and someone who can add their experience to bring our ideas to life. We got pricing from a few contractors and talked to them about their approach. Ronan and LOTI were by far the best value, and we were immediately comfortable working with them. We redid our kitchen, floors, bathrooms and more. The work was of the highest quality and we love the finished product. I could not recommend them more!!

We just completed a 2nd project with LOTI. This one involved painting (5 rooms), carpentry, and removal of unused baseboard heating. Ronan is a pleasure to work with, has a great team, and stays on top of the details to ensure everything is completed perfectly. We couldn’t be happier.

We just completed a significant project that involved repair of rotted areas of siding and deck flooring, as well as complete painting our home exterior. Ronan and his team completed the job magnificently, and exactly within the time frame that he’d proposed.

What most stood out was the attention to detail of everyone on the project. Ronan in particular was on top of the work on a daily basis, with a keen, almost obsessive, eye for anything that was missed or was not done perfectly.

I would absolutely use Ronan and Loti for other projects we have, and would fully recommend them to others. A+++

Ronan and his crew are hard working experts. They are a pleasure to work with and the finished job is stunning. Great attention to detail and elegance. We used Loti Contracting & Ronan to renovate our bathroom and front entry hall. Ronan was a pleasure to work with and was willing to discuss our project multiple times before we started. The renovation was completed in timely manner and most of the costs were either explained upfront in the contract or discussed as we went along. The subcontractors were all very friendly and pleasant. Whenever an inevitable obstacle would arise during the renovation, Ronan would take care of it in a professional and timely manner. Our bathroom looks beautiful and our front hallway has nice new tile and a fantastic wood entry door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loti Contracting and Ronan for any renovation project.

Ronan and his team were the absolute best. Before even being hired, Ronan came by and spoke with us at great length (an hour!), when other potential contractors stopped by for only a few minutes to discuss the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

He constructed a small mudroom for us, including electrical, tiling, putting in a skylight, a new door, putting up walls, finishing, painting, etc. When some issues came up relating to the plans, Ronan not only noticed the errors, but also to compensate and build the room the way we wanted it.

He was responsive and patient every step of the way, letting us know what he thought given his expertise, but never pushing us in any direction.

We would recommend him without reservation, and we already intend to use him for our next big project

Ronan and his guys are really amazing. We were on a strict timeline for what was a whole house renovation. Ronan and his guys stuck to the timeline and got the job done and done well, as my family is happy with the work. Ronan is a good guy, very easy to work with and will take care of you. Will use them again in the future.

Before hiring Ronan he came to our house and spent a good 1.5 hours answering all of our questions at length with patience, knowledge of his work and professionalism. He instantly put my husband and I at ease that he would be the one to renovate our home.

Loti Contracting is an amazing team to work with! Cannot recommend enough!! They are professional and super communicative (super hard to find with contractors!). Were able to answer all my questions before we got started, and stayed in touch throughout the project (again, very hard to find among contractors lol). They were flexible and super understanding when I had unforeseen delays on my end, and still came through with extreme professionalism and attention to detail.

They did a complete build out for my store and did not miss anything I asked for. Were able to get all the permits needed. And even added extra touches I didn’t ask for but so appreciate! Will not be working with any other company for any future projects!

We had a terrific experience with Ronan and Loti. They re-did all our floors and railings, added overhead lighting to every room, painted, and added built ins. Ronan was very communicative and transparent and was very good at explaining complex construction related topics. Excellent service Loti contracting goes be above and beyond. I had my kitchen remodeled rowan, and his team are professional honest responsive to every question and text. They arrive on time for a job and keep the home neat and clean during construction process beautiful work with quality cabinets in record time, my kitchen could be on HGTV, this was my first experience using a contractor and having construction done in my home it was beyond the best. I highly recommend Loti contracting.
